Hi,
I am testing Workflows on a Sandbox with demo data and from one day they do not work any more as they get to an duplicate create error on EventInBoxData.
I have access with SQL Management Studio to the database but I have no rights to delete the data in there.
There is a way to delete this data? The periodic job delete event data, do not clear this completely.
If not, then it is a case for support?
Thanks
Yes. I will rise a support case as I still have some time until I need this solved. If the case were more urgent I would go for the script option.
For inconsistent data, you can raise a ticket in MS to clean data if you don't want to create scripts. Microsoft cleans data without any problems. Once, we had an issue, and it was recommended to force cleaning data from MS side.
Hi Pedro-Rodriguez,
Then you need to write custom scripts to force delete the records in EventInbox and EventInboxData tables.
Thanks,
Girish S.
Yes. I already did that. Most of the entries were deleted but not the ones that cause problems. Also it seems that there is a lot of inconsistent data in EventInBoxData.
Did you tried to execute System administration / Periodic / Notification clean-up ?
