Hello,

I recently set up MEM by Binary Stream in a Sandbox environment.

My colleague and I have all the same permissions but they are unable to create a new PI because they are getting the error saying "You Don't Have Access to Any Entity Error Message"

I am the installing user of MEM and I configured all our entities. Please advise how we can resolve this.

I think you have to contact MEM support for quick response.

Someone who has MEM experience can answer but it may be delayed.
