Making Retail Charges discountable

We use LS Retail in a resort operation and on each POS receipt, we charge a resort fee which is added on to the total bill as a Retail Charge triggered by pressing the TOTAL button. In certain circumstances, we wish to discount the total bill by 100% including the retail charge.

Using TOTDISCPR I am able to get a 100% discount on the line items except for the Retail Charge. Is there a setting that enables us to apply the discount to the Retail Charge as well?

Thanks very much for the support! I had two of the the three "blocks" turned off but getting all three off made the difference.

Check your retail charge setting whether any check mark on :

- Block Line Discount Offer

- Block Infocode Discount

- Block Total Discount Offer
