Is anyone else having trouble with the previous patch release link on this page? It looks like a hyper link but when you hover over it nothing happens. I am trying to download 12.00.2198.

Looks like someone needs to be alerted to this broken link on the website. I actually found it by looking for payroll year-end updates for GP 2013.
If you click on the Previous Patch Releases link for French or Spanish, it'll actually go to the same page, which is here:
mbs.microsoft.com/.../MDGP2013_PreviousPatches.pdf
I'm not sure why they didn't put the hyperlink under the English link, but this page has the prior service packs for English, Spanish and French-Canadian, including the 12.00.2198 you referenced.
