Dear Field Services community! hello!

Maybe this a rather basic question, but I appreciate any hint or suggestion. Currently, I am prospecting a customer, that has a truck fleet and needs to coordinate the different trips from the drivers/trucks.

Should this be a sweet spot for Dynamics Field Services?

Hi Hugo.

I have done it not long ago. I will add some notes

Work Order for each delivery;

Work Order Service would give the items included in the invoice;

Resources for Trucks and Drivers, Use Requirement Group if you want to schedule both together

Field Service Calculated the travel time and mileage

The mobile phone will give you offline capability, real-time tracking and let the customer sign on the glass.

Field Service does not calculate the Truck capacity, how much you can load for each trip.

In addition, we use the agreements to auto-create the work order for the trucks preventive maintenance.
