I want to add CreatedDateTime field into Vendor V2 entity from vendtable.

    You just drag and drop the "CreatedDateTime" field to the fields node

    You'll add a field to your data entity and map it to VendTable.CreatedDateTime field.

    to add the createddatetime to the Vendor V2 entity this has to be done by customization, this can not be done from GUI.
    Typically none of the cretaeddatetime fields on any table are published with an entity.
