Swiss VAT Statement not working

(0) ShareShare

Hello BC-Forum,

I want to print the VAT Statement Switzerland with data on it from my sales and purchases invoices automatically. I have the following setup, see my print screens. I only get the total sales amount on the form. The provided form does not seem to work with my settings. What am I forgetting?

I have read all the related documents so a link to a MS training or to docs.microsoft.com is a standard answer which I am not looking for.

Thanks for the reply.

Greetings,

John

Nothing automatically has been filled in on the form, except Ref 205. And also the period seems to be wrong (startdate 01.01.2021, I want 3 quarter).

    Hello John,

You need to add the VAT Statement Cipher in your setup to get the values in the report.

    Thanks.

    Hello Marco,

thanks for your short answer. A couple of questions to your answer:

    1. which setup do you mean?

    2. The cyphers are implemented in the VAT Productposting groups

    3. If your setup is working: what am I missing?

Thanks for your more accurate answer.

    Greetings,

    John

    Hello,

    docs.microsoft.com/.../how-to-create-and-print-a-swiss-vat-statement

The VAT Statement page contains the VAT Statement Cipher field, which indicates in which cipher of the report the result will be printed. This field is automatically populated by the batch job based on the information on the VAT Posting Setup page. The field can be edited if needed.|

    Thanks.

Thanks Marco! I added the cypher codes in the VAT Statement (Tasks) and now it works.

    Greetings,

    John
