GP 2015 Caps Lock Message

We have a Remote Desktop Services server where GP is installed and our users run the application as a RemoteApp from their computers.  Recently, we've had several users saying that when they go to sign into GP, the "Caps Lock is On" message pops up, yet their keyboard clearly shows that their caps lock is not enabled.  This is not happening to all of our users, just some so I'm having a hard time figuring out what's causing this.

I was hoping someone here in the forum, could shed some light on this situation.  Any help is greatly appreciated it...thanks in advance for your input.

    Tim,

Yes, you're correct...I recently found out more about this but haven't had the time to post an updated comment.  I was told the same thing, this is an RDP Terminal Server issue not GP, thanks.

If they type into the user name field does it actually come up with CAPS in resulting text?

If you do an internet search for

CAPS LOCK inverted RDP Terminal Server

You'll find a lot a lot of content around this.

Probably not a GP issue - rather a RDP issue.

    Tim
