Relationship Insights won't enable/configure

I'm trying to enable relationship insights but can't seem to get it setup

I turned on Organization Insights Preview, relationship insights, enable relationship assistant, email engagement and then installed relationship assistant but I still see the below:

    Hi,

    just click manage and accept the terms of Dyn 365 and click install on the second screen:4532.2017_2D00_12_2D00_04-08_5F00_37_5F00_21_2D00_Set-up-Relationship-Insights-for-Dynamics-365.png
