Will the Campaign entity continue to be supported through standard Dynamics functionality or are there plans to move this to part of the Marketing Suite only? Documentation is unclear on this if it is changinghttps://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/developer/campaign-entities
Hi Partner,
Campaign entity is part of Sales module(it has been added to sitemap of Sales Hub by default), it will continue to be supported.
Does the 'plans' you are saying refer to that the Campaign is associated to some marketing entities such as Marketing Email, like what ClickDimensions did?

If so, currently Campaign entity is not used in Marketing application, but we can still add Campaign to sitemap of marketing application manually and create manual relationship between marketing entities and Campaign.
Thanks for you response. Is Campaign a standard entity then? Are there versions of Dynamics that Campaign is not included?
Hello
The Campaign entity will remain part of the "Sales" application for the foreseeable future. We might introduce some new entities in future releases of the Marketing application to better help with Marketing specific planning.

I am in a sandbox on Microsoft Dynamics 365
2020 release wave 2.
I do not see Campaign in the Site Map. How do I configure Sandbox to have a Campaign entity?
