I have a weird problem with the icons associated to my contacts in my Outlook. We are Dynamics 365 users and we are synchronizing through Dynamics 365 App for Outlook and server-side synchronization.
I was doing some cleaning on my Outlook contacts. I sorted them by full name, so I can see duplicate record. By example, I have John Smith as Outlook contact (icon = business card) and John Smith as CRM contact synchronized (icon = two persons). I am going through the list to delete duplicate records and some icons changed from the CRM icon (two persons) for the business card one. They still are "tracked in the CRM" : I enter in the contact and button for tracking is "Untrack" and I have a pane with the related CRM record.
Sometimes, I go up and down in the contacts list and I correct the "visual" effect.
Did you had that problem ? What can cause this ? Many thanks !
