Is there a way to customize the transaction pane?

To make the font larger, because the user is old folks.

go to people menu select employees, then go to tab register and select the font to be large

Go under the Employee properties, click the Register Tab, Under Font and button size, select Large.

OR try.

You can set the DPI resolution under the display properties within Windows 7 or above.
