Analytical Accounting - Access to new codes

I have a user who is able to see some Analytical Accounting Transaction Codes, and has others assigned to her User ID, which she cannot see in transaction windows. What security element could be missing, if she can see several dozen codes, but cannot see a handful of others. I have verified that the codes are assigned to her. The setup looks exactly the same for Codes that she can see and can't see.
