Unable to load extension in Store Commerce

Hi Team,

Hope all are doing well !!!

I have installed the store commerce extension. Unfortunately the extensions are not loaded to the store commerce application.

When I checked the Microsoft Dynamics 365 folder, extension folder is created after installed the store commerce extension. 

Can anyone please guide me how can I resolve this issue?

    HI Pankaj_93 

    Since you have installed the Store commerce extension are not loaded in the app, please make sure that you followed the steps on this doc, because seems to me that your package is not configured to be loaded.

    POS extension basics - Commerce | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Docs

    You basically need to specify your package and publisher in the CRT trigger.
