V25 BC SaaS working from a new window causes strange behavior

In Business Central, I have the ability to open a page in a new window. However, I've noticed that when I do so, the new window often behaves unpredictably. For example, sometimes additional filters are applied automatically—filters that I didn't set while at other times the system opens a different record than the one I clicked on e.g. the first order in the database or the first order from my filter. This inconsistent behavior disrupts my workflow and creates confusions and errors. Has anyone else experienced these issues, or does anyone have suggestions how to fix this?

This issue in Business Central often occurs due to session handling and automatic filter application when opening a new window. To resolve this, try clearing browser cache, using Ctrl + Click to open in a new tab, or ensuring that Personalization settings aren't unintentionally applying filters. If the issue persists, check saved views and test in different browsers to rule out browser-specific behavior. If it's a recurring issue, consider raising a support ticket with Microsoft.

Thanks everyone for replying

We already tried the following solutions , but with no success unfortunately

- Deleting cache
- Installing te app
- Using the webbrowser

The issue does not occur when working in the main environment of Business Central; it only occurs when using an open window.

What other options do we have or we can try?
