Hi!

I have Lead's with 2 fileds with 2 answer:

"if Lead answer?" - Yes / No

"Is He interested?" - Yes / No

Now, I have to create report with Lead's answer allowing of historic answer. So when I have something like this:
Yesterday I called and my answers were: No and No.

Today I call and my answers are: Yes and Yes

And I need report with information:

data              |      lead        |    Question 1    | Question 2 |

------------------------------------------------------

2014-12-09 |        John      |           No          |            No   |

2014-12-10 |        John      |           Yes          |            Yes   |

Please, help me! :)

    Yes. I created this two field "if Lead answer?" and "Is He interested?"

    You can create a report using report wizard with primary entity set to Lead and adding the fields required. Use the createdon for the date and group by lead name. Hope this meets your requirement. Cheers
