Business event - missing parameter 'httpurl' error

Hi, 

I have created a new endpoint for business event and was able to get a successful trigger for the test connection. Could see that the httpurl, clientid and clientsecret values are successfully retrieved from key vault and able to debug the adaptor class.

But when the same endpoint is added to a event and triggered for an actual business scenario, it's throwing an error 'Missing parameter for the businesseventadaptor httpurl'. The debugger is also not hitting on the adaptor class for this scenario.

Could someone please share info on the same.
