error while deleting account record

Principal user (Id=5b8b0405-8134-e711-8129-c4346bddc151, type=8) is missing prvReadmsdyn_requirementresourcepreference privilege (Id=424ba029-339f-4da9-a151-95d08cebc5d7)

this is the error i am getting user having sales manager and customiser role to user 1.

other user 2 created work flow on create of record .

user1 able to delete another entity records but not able to account.

i am using trial version

i have deactivated wkflw and tried but it is not solved what reasons cause this error

now i gave systemadmin role he able to delete again i changed to sales manager and system customiser he cannot.

for sales manager ion account entity i gave organisation level access for read,write,delete and other but what is the reason he cant delete

for the salesmanger and custemiser roles which the user is holding

Hi,

The issue is related to Resource Scheduling solution. There is a relationship between Accounts and Resource Requirement entity.

And the Sales Manager role doesn't have any permission for Resource Requirement entity. As the current user having Sales Manager role doesn't have permission on that entity, the user will not be able to perform action on its related entity records

no it havent helped. here he is not deleting related ones. he is deleting account records those he created.

it cleared my problem can u pls explain why it has happened. he able to delete contact entities without giving this but why he cannot account?
