Customer has many facilities and when they reprint statements the letterhead does not come out on the reprints.
If they print the original statement with the appropriate facility logo on the letterhead should it Reprint with the same logo on the letterhead?
Please let me know.

In most cases, and invoice format prints the original invoice while a Historical Invoice format prints the reprints. Is the logo information on both documents?
The reprint statement form has a Page Header and a Report Header. You must add the logo to both headers in order for the logo to appear on all pages. You will do this using GP Report Writer. There are also several versions of the statement form so make sure you modify the version you wish to use and then grant security to use that modified form.
