    Hello Reddy,

What form did you open here?

Can you share some details on how the item is setup? (especially the item model group settings?)

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Reddy,

In addition to what Chrispin wrote, I noticed that you have set the wrong Counted value. If you have counted that product, and in your location you have 120 pieces instead of 118, you just type in 120 in the Counted field. If in your location you have 116 pieces instead of 118 you just type in 116 in the Counted field. Because Counted field doesn't mean the difference betwen what you have in location and what you have in the system, Counted means the real quantity that you have on stock and you counted that quantity. If you keep as it's on your example, the system will try to pick those quantities in order to issue them and try to post -120 pieces, which will end up with the error, because you don't have on stock 120, you have only 118 (in case if you don't have negative inventory turned on).
