Hello,

Would like to know if there is a way to restrict the printing of the SOD and EOD receipts [Declare Start Amount, Tender Declaration, Close Shifts].

Please let me know if anyone knows how to restrict the same.

Thanks,
S Gopi Krishna

    Hi,
Related configuration settings may be required to control the printing of SOD (Start Date) and EOD (End Date) receipts.
This document describes how to modify form layouts to control how receipts, invoices, and other documents are printed. It also mentions that you can format receipts and define printing behavior.

    Hi Hana,

Thanks for the response, I've seen the old community thread related to same and one of the user mentioned that it is not possible to disable the functionality and it is hardcoded in the design of the application. I will try logging a Support request with MS or post an idea to request this feature in upcoming updates.

Meanwhile I will leave this for the community to answer. Let's see if anybody has experienced the same and can advise to overcome this issue.

    Regards,
    S Gopi Krishna
