MARKETING EMAIL GOES TO JUNK FOLDER

Hi All,

I have already contacted a Microsoft regarding this and have fixed the first issue which is the email can't proceed with the error check, the status of authenticated domains and email authentication (DKIM) is already confirmed which must solved the problem but still the emails went to the junk folder is there any other thing that we can do?

    Hi Ace Javier,

    Make sure that the marketing emails you send out are high quality to reduce the chances that your emails end up in the recipient’s junk folder. This article lists common reasons why emails end up in the junk folder and steps you can take to improve the chance that your marketing emails do not get flagged by spam filters.
