Hi,

Today I am setting up SLA and the requirements are as follows.

There are two requirements :

Legislative Requirement - 5 Business days (working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00pm) and for this the clock should change its color to orange (Nearing non compliance) on 3 business day.

Business Requirement - 10 Business days (working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00pm) and for this the clock should change its color to orange (Nearing non compliance) on 6th business day.

Now my question is what can I put under Failure after and Warn after for each of the above?
