rigth now we are facing an issue regarding table 5409 when starting it via "Run" in the development environment.
The error message is shown in the following image - Table not found:

When did the error message probably started (even tough it seems unlikely):
We tried to change some of the menubars:
We tried and checked
Any ideas what might be the cause here? Or Any similar issues?

It looks like a very old NAV 2016 deployment and metadata might not be in sync.
If you run an elevated PS Ise and do a sync-navtenant <serverinstancename> -mode ForceSync it might shake the tree here. PLEASE do this in a safe staging / test environment.
If you cannot make it to resolve this issue, you might open a support request to Microsoft.
Tattoo in mind that NAV 2016 will be out of mainstream support this April 2021 (in approx. 2 month)
