Export report in batch job

Hello everyone. I want to export a report, and I'm trying to do it using a batch job. I specify a file as the destination, set the date and time for it to run, and when it's finished, I don't know how to access those files, unless they're saved as copies in the "Print File" section.

I'm new to this and would like to know how to download files using a batch job.

Export report in batch job

Hi,

DocuRef is the main tables which have relation b/w your table and document. You can find many articles how you can save the document at your desired place.

Batch job

Hi :@slean1

Those go in Print Archive. You can get the files from there.

Modules >> Common >> Inquiries >> Print archive

To make it more easy for yourself as over the time, there can be many records in the Print Archive, you can add column (Created DateTime) which allows you to look the recent documents on the top(using sorting). You may also explore other columns like Created By
