What is the best way to send mass email to almost 1 million customers once a month from CRM?

Hi,

We have some a business need where we want to send email to our 500K customers once every month with their account statements which will have some details of their purchases and spent amount with us. The customers who has a valid email and has opted to receive the emails will be able to receive the emails.

I need to know what is the best way to do this? Can we do it from within CRM or we need a 3rd party email marketing tool for the purpose?

for that amount of emails you need a 3rd party solution to assure the delivery and that your email address will not be blacklisted

you can try to contact ClickDimensions or if you have developer resources check if you can build an integration with email providers like Mandrill or SendGrid

with such high number you should integrate your Dynamics CRM instance with one of these marketing platform:

Please note these are high budget solutions.
