Hello Guys, is there a way to get all receipts that have been canceled in AX 2012? This is from account receivable

What do you mean exactly by canceled receipts? Are these cancled or reversed packing slip postings? Reversed or canceled inventory transactions?
Would be great if you could provide some additional details of this status and how are you recording such a cancelation.

Thanks for responding, here is what am trying to figure out.....
When you go to AR ->Journals-> Payment journal For each of the journals, I can select anyone and click on lines. there i can see the vaious lines with payment received form customers. Now lets say for some reason before posting we realize that a cheque was bounced(one of the lines) and so we have to delete the line.Does AX 2012 allows us to see the line that was deleted? I would want to see all the line deleted/cancelled.

Is the check somehow registered in the check form in the cash and bank module? If you cannot track it from there then you won't be able be able to identify those journal lines that have been created and deleted later on.

The check was just an example.... but if for any reason at all we had to delete a line shouldnt that be stored in a Table?
OK let me try an explain myself better....
For each customer, once a purchase is made them we will have to generate a receipt... this receipt is printed in AX 2012 as customer cash receipts. Is there anywhere in AX where these receipts are stored? If not, if I know the tables that build these receipts I would try and use them to gather the info I need. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Using your example, if the check bounced, you'd want a record of that. Same goes for credit card decline. These records are valuable for credit managers. Based on your description, I agree with Ludwig. As an alternative, all attempted transactions (includes credit card voids) produce a receipt you can retrieve, forward and or print, and you can view an exportable report for any time period in seconds with our CenPOS AX Financial module.

Thanks for your response, does this mean we will have to purchase/lease your CenPOS module? does AX 2012 out of the bix can give us such into?
Out of box AX does not provide the info in the manner described. For example, both check scan and ACH go through CenPOS creating the receipt records. CenPOS is a service only minimal start up cost. Want to take conversation offline and then post back after? 954-942-0483
