HI, good morning. I would appreciate your advise with the following scenario.:
* Dynamics 365 OnPremise version 8.2.2.112
* Separated roles: 1 front end server, 1 backend server (SQL, Async and Sandbox services)
* ADFS and IFD configured and working
The problem is when any quick create form is used in the browser, it is displayed fine the first time. However, any additional attempt to use it in order to quick create a record, only produces a partially displayed form in the top of the window, with no fields at all. It is necessary to fully reload the page in the browser in order to use Quick Create forms again.
I found the problem using Chrome version 66.0.3359.181. Firefox 60.0.1 and Safari Version 11.1.1 (13605.2.8) do not have the problem. However, using firefox is not an option. I tried clearing the cache browser, removing any extension and resetting the browser to the original settings but the problem remains.
I know this could be a problem specific with Chrome but any ideas are much appreciated.

Yes seems this is Microsoft bug for particular release , I think there is two options either you can upgrade your CRM instance with latest one or you can work with internet explorer.
You can also see some unsupported way for temporary fix , please have a look.
