Difference between "Create Queue Item" and "Add To Queue"

Hi,

I have created 2 system workflows, one using "Create Queue Item" and other using OOB action "AddToQueue". Working of both is same even if case is already routed to any queue.

Can anyone help me in finding difference between "create queue item" and OOB action "AddToQueue" .
