Hi Community,

I have this case...

User accidentally posted to receive an item in Purchase Order without assigning Item charge.

So in order to undo the accident post, we want to undo receipt of that item at the posted purchase receipt but below error was shown.

Please advise how can we issue Item charge to this item before invoicing this PO ?

Yes, you cannot Undo Receipt once the Item has been moved and/or the ledger entry is no longer 'Open'.
Invoicing and doing the Purchase Credit Memo is the only option. Then you have to start over with a new PO, or you might be able to add a new line to the existing PO and only post the old line for the credit.

Hi, as far as I know, you cannot make undo receipt when you use picks.

You need to finish invoicing and credit the document.

Hopefully other experts can give you better advice.
