Vendor request - workflow issue

Hi Experts,

In MSD AX 2012 while generating a vendor request from EP (enterprise portal) user facing issue in workflow. Workflow is automated approval, please see error message and screenshot below:

"Workflow user request add user template has not been activated"

Please let me know the solution of it.
