I need your precious help I would like to have all Operations (Customer, Sales, Production) and Finance report with all description.
How I can find it please ?

There is no list with all reports. If you want to have such a list, you have to compile one yourself (and maintain it).
Probably the output menu items in the AOT in Visual Studio can give you a start.

They are distinguished by different modules, you can find them on the different modules.
Or search for them in the search bar.
