Upload document not working from SharePoint Associated grid

Hi,

I am currently on Dynamic 365 V9 and have added on Form.

I can add new documents from that grid but unable to upload any documents.

Once I click on upload I get popup to select file. on click on OK button nothing happens, no errors shown.

it worked for me in V 9.0

Check your document management setting. see if folders are created on share point for your entity.

check if you have default site valid.

I have verified settings mentions by you, it all looks good to me.

I can create new document from this grid but cannot upload.

Hi Manzuri, I'm having same issue in V9 but it works for V 8.2. Did you get it resolved?

Hi Ravi,

For me the issue was due to some unsupported unmanaged solution deployed earlier which was not working with new version. I raised ticket with MS and they provided solution which fix this issue.

Thanks for the reply Manzuri, I had same issue, I'm able to fix it. The reason it happened was, I made some customization on Upload button within V8.2 and moved the solution from V8.2 to our V9.0 sandbox. The customization that were moved broke functionality in V9.0, I had to undo customization for the button and re-customize it within V9.0 to fix it.

please can you share which unsupported unmanaged solutions were removed/revised?

Sorry for delayed response mate, MS Support team didn't provided us with details for solution, but they provided one unmanaged solution which resolve this.
