I faced this issue frequently while validating dual write project template
Hi
This happened to me where I linked the environment in F&O first and then installed the Dual Write Orchestration solution from the app source
The resolution worked for me was to unlink the environment , (install the solution if not already installed) , re-link the environment.
Let me know if that works for you too
