render lookup options blank

in my portal i am rendering my dropdown as a lookup, but unfortunately dropdown options are blank. i followed this link(community.dynamics.com/.../1250202) guideline to solve this issue but it did not work.

Anyone with any other ideas that could help. I ahve been stuck on this issue for day now

Hi leratoT,

When you render a product as a dropdown in the portal, you need to have entity permissions on the product entity, which has additional permissions on the web role that the user uses to log in. Then, the product will be displayed.

1. Create a new table permission record.

2. Go to Portals > Web Roles and open the web role you want to add permissions to. Under Related, select Table Permissions.

3.Select Add Existing Table Permission to add an existing table permission to a web role.

4.Save and active.

5.The test result is as follows:
