Insert records to a table with a field related to itself.

Hi,

I would like insert mutiple records to any table regardless of whether it relates to itself or not.

example.

No	Description	Related to
J1	Description J1	JB
JB	Description JB	JB
F	Description F	J1
D	Description D	F

If I insert the records I will get an error on the relationship, for example in the first record /J1/ I will get an error that there is no record /JB/.

How could I handle the insertion of this type of tables?
