Question 1: How do you left adjust the whole column (not its content) in Dynamics 365 Marketing, Marketing email Designer?
Today I get a centered column in a newsletter style, not left adjusted in a regular mail response style.
Question 2: How do you adjust the column width?
We use Dynamics 365 Marketing version 1.35.10064.1061

Can you add some screens of what you are implying by the whole column and not content? By content do you mean text? Please share the style in question through a screenshot here.
As for the column width, you can use 1) the different layout options for specific column width designs or 2)add the margin/padding in the properties tab for the section to adjust spacing for its columns. Unfortunately there isnt a direct resize with mouse option available.
