HI folks,
The option for having collection letters is not available in the scroll down menu – can we get the letter writer assistant to function and activate the collection letter templates that are usually available with GP?

I had this issue a number of years ago and it was because the client also had Collections Management installed. If that is installed and activated, Collections letters are not available in this option as they should be generated from Collections Management.
If it is installed, but not used, try removing it from the set file to see if the letters are then available.
