CRM 2013: Making a password field

What would be the easiest way to make a password field in an entity. What I want to achieve is having the entry masked by *****  or something like that in the entity form

    You can create a field level security profile for that field that will mask the value of the field. This is the best way to prevent accessing the data across the system. If you mask the value using script still people able to see the data using Advanced find ,export to excel and reports.
