Setting up Email

I have tried to setup email in my D365 system, but have not come right. I am using the below link:

Is there another guide that i could use?

    Can you provide more details of what you setup and how?

    Have you tried sending a test email via the standard test email feature?

    Does that work?

    Thanks for the response.

    Yes, I have used the email test program and it is successfully sending an email.

    I'm firstly just trying to set up field change alert notifications.

    Hi Ludwig,

    i have an issue where all users have different emails than the email they log in into ERP, for example users log in to erp with account @contoso.com but there mail boxes are @emaidomain.com , the ERP by default is sending emails to the emails the the users log in to ERP "@contoso.com ", we need to send them email on their real emails "@emaildomain.com"
