email error on customer insight lead form

Hi, I am getting this error about missing email field, actually, I do have an email field on the field, what is the error about, please advise.

    The error message indicates that your Lead Signup Form has double opt-in enabled but does not have exactly one email field. Even though you have an email field in the form, the system is likely detecting multiple email fields or a misconfiguration. Сheck for duplicate email fields by reviewing your form editor to ensure there is only one email field. If there are any extra email fields, even hidden ones, remove them.

    Ensure the email field is properly mapped by deleting and re-adding it, making sure it is correctly set as an email type. Third, verify your double opt-in settings, if you don’t need it, try disabling it in the form settings to see if the error disappears. Additionally, check validation rules, as some platforms require the email field to have a specific name, such as Email. Both the field label and its internal ID should match the expected format.
