Hi,
I am running into an error when attempting to invoice Shopify orders in BC. I am syncing orders that are already paid and fulfilled in Shopify. The last step in my workflow is to invoice them in BC.
I am able to import the orders to BC and I can see that the 'Fulfillment Status' shows 'Fulfilled'. The issues begin when I try to create either a sales order or invoice from the Shopify order. I have tried the following actions from the BC Shopify Orders page:
- Home > Create Sales Documents: I see an error on the order that say something like " 7:45:06 AM The Report Setup does not exist. Identification fields and values: Primary Key=''".
- Order > Sales Order: The error says "Sales Order No. must have a value in Shopify Order Header: Shopify Order Id=5782702522416. It cannot be zero or empty."
- Order > Sales Invoice: The error says "Sales Invoice No. must have a value in Shopify Order Header: Shopify Order Id=5782702522416. It cannot be zero or empty."
Any ideas what I am doing wrong here?
