can you please help to create a lookup of all the employees reporting to me.

Hello Maahi P,

Provided that you have configured all relationships between your employees you can check this from the organization admin module.

In this module there is a position hierarchy menu item available that allows you seeing all employees reporting to you.

Hi Maahi,

What is your exact question here? Like Ludwig mentioned, there is a position hierarchy which should be helpful. What exactly do you mean with the lookup? Do you need help on a customization? What is the business requirement here?

its a customization on form.

based on the current user, I need a lookup to show all the list of employees reporting to him.

Hi Maahi,

I think in your case. The relationship for lookup is going to be:

One position reports to the other position. So get the position of your current logged in user (mapped Employee) then find all the positions reporting to the position of the current Employee (presumably mapped with your user) and then fetch all workers assigned with those positions.

If you are able to write a custom lookup as you said then you can use the above mentioned information to filter the reporting employees.
