Can we change Business process Flow by changing option set field values in ms dynamics 365?

I have two business process for opportunity. I want to change business process on the basis of option set value.

Hi Anchal,

It is possible to change business process flow based on the option-set field change in dynamics CRM. You could write a custom workflow for the same. The workflow should start when the record is created or when the record fields (i.e. the option-set field) change.

If the Option-Set field value equals "Value 1"

then Set Process: "Business Process Flow 1"

If the Option-Set field value equals "Value 2"

then Set Process: "Business Process Flow 2"

Tenfold just recently added MS office to their integrations list. Tenfold offers features such as click to dial, automatic call logging, easy note taking and task creation, screen pops on inbound and outbound calls, new lead/contact creation when no matching records, support for cases/opportunities and advanced analytics on the backend. They also support MS Dynamics integration
