I am still getting this error message.it come up every time I put in a signature.see screen sort below

Can you please click on View the data that will be sent to Microsoft and share the error report? Based on that, we can have a better idea on the error behind his message.
Additionally, you can use the browsers debugger (F12 - Developer tools) to debug it.
If you didn't notice any functional impact, you can also opt for the easy way out and disable these notifications :
a. For the entire organization, see : community.dynamics.com/.../how-to-disable-the-send-report-to-microsoft-error-pop-up
b. For individual users, from the personal options - privacy settings
