Where have these privileges been moved to? These entities no longer show up in security roles, not even System Administrator.
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

This is expected behavior in the latest versions of Dynamics 365 Sales.

Microsoft has changed how Price List and Price List Item permissions are handled. These entities no longer appear in Security Roles, even for the System Administrator role. The privileges have not been removed— they are now managed automatically by the system.

Price Lists are treated as system-managed pricing data, so Microsoft controls access throughout:

    1. Dynamics 365 Sales app access
    2. Permissions on related sales records like Products, Opportunities, Quotes, Orders, and Invoices
    3. Appropriate Sales licensing

    Because of this change:

    1. You will not see Price List privileges in Security Roles
    2. Users can still select and use Price Lists during sales activities
    3. Pricing works normally across Opportunity, Quote, Order, and Invoice processes

Only users with Sales Administrator or System Administrator access, along with Sales app access, can create, edit, or activate Price Lists.

    So:
    • Earlier: Price List entities were visible and configurable in Security Roles
    • Now: Price List entities are hidden from Security Roles and managed automatically
This change was done by Microsoft to keep pricing data consistent across the sales process.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks!

It basically gets folded in through permissions on the Product table, is my understanding.
