Security on tiles in custom workspace

Hello,

I have created a new workspace in HR Module to replace the Personnel management workspace. This workspace has tiles for positions and employees and everything works fine in the Dev environment. 

Pushed the code to other environment and my new workspace only works for system admin role and does not show the positions tile for other security roles.

I am puzzled on how a tile could be effected by security?

    Fixed by using the correct menu item on the tile
