Hi,
When I try to post a sales invoice, it gives this error:
Uncontrolled database exception. One operation remove in the table 'iv_lot_mstr' failed because it couldn't block the record.
Then, the sales invoice goes to Batch recovery. In that window, it doesn't post either giving the same error.
The edit list doesn't show any error. I don't understand.
Does anybody know what is the problem?
I'm using GP 10, SP4 ESLA.

Did you ever get any resolution for this? are you using any ISV's?

Couldn't block the record or lock the record?
No matter, I would try this first -
1. have everyone exit dynamics
2. close any windows you may have open
3. delete any records in the tables SY00800 and SY00801 in the Dynamics database
4. delete any records in the DEX_LOCK AND DEX_SESSION tables in the tempdb
If that didn't work, I'd have to go research that record to see if it was included on any other record.
