You have a few options.
1. Shopify - Integrate BC to Shopfiy with a Microsoft extension and then with an extension we developed to expose custom pricing and order statuses, invoices etc.
2. PowerPortal - using the Microsoft Powerplatform and build your own using low code/no code
3. We have a B2B you host in Azure which is designed for B2b which is used in Australia nationally for multiple companies with 10,000's of dealer/stores etc and 100,000's of customers.
