Wrong dates in Bank Reconcilliation

Hi All,

As the title suggest, I'm getting the wrong dates when uploading my bank statement into the bank reconciliation pane. I already checked the values in the data exchange definition and the date format is the same with my bank statement. Basically, what is happening is, whenever I upload a bank statement the system is automatically changing the month portion of the date to January. For example, I uploaded a bank statement for the month of February, the system is registering it as January. Days and year are correct, it's just the month that have an issue.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Please check the file you are importing has the same Date format, as your system does. and then try to import.

    Thanks.

    Hi!

I am positive the date format in BC and the one with the Bank statement are the same. I'm using the US region on BC, and the date format on my bank statement is MM/DD/YYYY.

    Kind regards,

    Lawrence

There is a region on the Bank Account in BC. Please make sure that this field indicates US.

You might also provide a screen shot of the data definition of the bank import.

I was having this same issue.  Our company opened a second checking account in October, so I had to create the bank statement import template.  I followed the existing template, tweaking it as needed to work with the csv file was I able to get from the new bank.  It was working fine until I got to February of a new year.  No matter what I did the date kept pulling in as January.  I check everything people suggested and everything looked fine.  I then compared the old template with my new template and the only thing I could see different was the format on the old bank account template was M/d/yyyy and my new bank account was m/d/yyyy.  I made that minor change from a small 'm" to a capital "M" in my date format and that fixed the problem.
